Here is a adorable recipe for Mr. Gerbik, with Bombay Sapphire gin, Dr. Pepper soda and Bacardi 151 rum.

1/4 oz Bacardi 151 rum
2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
6 - 8 oz Dr. Pepper soda

Stir the gin together with the Dr.
Pepper in a highball glass.
Carefully layer the Bacardi 151 rum on top, ignite and serve.
